What did I do?

Led UX and UI design for a brand-new AI-powered healthcare SaaS platform (B2B & B2C), which will serve health check providers and seekers across Australia after launch.

• Translated complex requirements into clear, user-friendly flows for key pages like the homepage, clinic search, health check booking, configuration portal, user authentication and login

• Built and maintained a scalable design system to speed up development and ensure consistency

• Worked closely with product and dev teams to suggest smart UX improvements and keep things on track

• Provided hands-on support throughout the build process to make sure designs landed as intended.
